Return & Refund policy

  • You have right to return your purchased items and Request a Return Within 15 Days of Purchase
    To be eligible for a refund, the Product must be in its original condition as shipped, including all tags and packaging. Please ensure that the item is unused, unworn, and free from any damage.
  • If the product is damaged due to reasons beyond our control or during the shipping process, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return policy criteria, we will process your refund.
    Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.
  • Refunds and returns will be initiated either at the closing of the sale during the sale period or at the end of the financial month.
  • Refund will be processed within 7 days after the date we receive the item. The time it takes for the funds to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
  • In the event an item is out of stock and pending orders exist, these orders will be treated as pre-orders. We will make every effort to deliver within 45 days. If we are unable to fulfill the order within this timeframe, a refund will be issued. 
  • Products damaged by the customer, including but not limited to misuse.
    In a very rare case, if your item is lost or not shipped, we will process your refund within 45 days. We need this time to thoroughly investigate the matter, and we appreciate your patience during this process. Thank you for your understanding.
